Reset Event definition

Reset Event means the event defined in §4(4).
Reset Event as used in the definition of Interest Rate.
Reset Event means, for any Fiscal Quarter, an Average Closing Price for TXU Common Stock in excess of $39.45, as adjusted to account for stock splits, stock dividends and similar occurrences.

Reset Event means “Reset Event” as used in the definition of Interest Rate.
