Reserved Spaces definition

Reserved Spaces means vehicular parking spaces located in the parking facilities provided for the Building which are designated for the exclusive use of a specific tenant, as the same may be relocated or redesignated from time to time by Landlord.
Reserved Spaces means the automobile spaces reserved for use by Tenant and its employees in the covered portion of the common parking area servicing the Building, the initial location of which is set forth on Exhibit J hereto.
Reserved Spaces means, collectively, the CSC/CAAM Reserved Spaces and, to the extent Parking Lot 3 is then owned by Landlord, the NHM Reserved Spaces.

Examples of Reserved Spaces in a sentence

  • Battery operated candles are permitted within the Reserved Space(s).

  • Effective upon the Assignment Date, Section 3.2(a)(5) of the Riverfront Lease shall be deemed amended to eliminate any requirement that Riverfront or any future Tenant under the Riverfront Lease pay Landlord annually for the 138 parking permits for the Reserved Spaces (as defined in the Riverfront Lease).

  • All revenues derived from such sale of the Reserved Spaces shall be deposited into the Exposition Park Improvement Fund (as established by California Food and Agricultural Code §4106(b)).

  • In the event that POWELL determines to construct the Scioto Street Extension during the term of this Agreement, and construction of such extension affects the Reserved Spaces, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to identify 12 spaces in the reconfigured Parking Lot to replace any Reserved Spaces lost to the Scioto Street Extension, and to enter into an addendum to this Agreement to such effect.

  • Thereafter, the failure of Assignee or any future Tenant under the Lodging Lease to pay for such parking permits for the Reserved Spaces shall not entitle Landlord to terminate the Riverfront Lease or otherwise disrupt the quiet enjoyment of the Tenant under the Riverfront Lease.

  • If USC does not make such an election, the Exposition Park Manager shall make the released NHM Reserved Spaces available for the Event.

  • Commencing with the 2014 football season and throughout the term of the USC Lease, when USC Home Football Games are held in the Coliseum, at USC’s request, USC shall be permitted to purchase a special event parking permit from the Exposition Park Manager which will entitle USC to the use of all of parking spaces in Parking Lots 1 – 6, the Science Center Structure, and the VIP Parking Areas (less the Reserved Spaces).

  • COMPANY shall maintain the Parking Lot, including the Reserved Spaces, with the exception of snow and ice removal, which shall be the responsibility of POWELL and which shall be performed within 24 hours of when the Powell Service Department is called out for snow removal.

  • COMPANY shall have the option, at XXXXXX’x discretion and only with XXXXXX’x approval, to construct additional parking spaces on the Expansion Lot at COMPANY' s sole cost and expense, and POWELL shall similarly designate such additional parking spaces as "Reserved Spaces" for use by customers and/or employees of tenants of COMPANY's and its affiliates.

  • USC and the District acknowledge that USC and the Natural History Museum have agreed that the Natural History Museum will, as soon as reasonably possible, but in no event less than one (1) month before the date of an Event scheduled on the calendar by USC, determine whether it needs to keep some or all of the NHM Reserved Spaces for its own use or whether some or all of the spaces can be released for the USC Event and shall so inform USC and the Exposition Park Manager.

Reserved Spaces means, collectively, the CSC/CAAM Reserved Spaces and the NHM Reserved Spaces.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Leased space means individual storage space at a self-service storage facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portions of the ground floor of the new building and also spaces in the open compound at the ground level of the premises for parking of motor cars, two wheelers and other vehicles permitted by the vendor.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack or locker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a Building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • On-premises sign means a sign advertising activities conducted or maintained on the property on which it is located. The boundary of the property shall be as determined by tax rolls, deed registrations, and apparent land use delineations. If a sign consists principally of brand name or trade name advertising and the product or service advertised is only incidental to the principal activity conducted or maintained on the property, or if the sign brings rental income to the property owner or sign owner, it shall be considered the business of outdoor advertising and not an on-premises sign. On-premises sign does not include a sign on a narrow strip of land contiguous to the advertised activity, or a sign on an easement on adjacent property, when the purpose is clearly to circumvent the intent of this act.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;
