Reserved Names definition

Reserved Names means “Mayne”, and any name containing the word “Mayne” and any name substantially similar to or reasonably capable of confusion with the word “Mayne”.
Reserved Names has the meaning given that term in Section 6.1(a).
Reserved Names include “Premium Namessubject to allocation by other than first-come, first-served mechanisms. At any time, the Registry may allocate Premium Names in its discretion via (i) request for proposal; (ii) auction; (iii) sale in a marketplace; and/or (iii) other reasonable mechanisms.

A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
