Reserved Capacity definition

Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II.   • Municipality will be responsible for any facilities in addition to the Units and any arrangements for service over the transmission systems of other utilities required for Municipality to provide the Reserved Capacity and energy under this Agreement and to perform its other obligations under this Agreement.
