Reserve Reports definition

Reserve Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17.

Reserve Reports means, collectively, the McDaniel Report and Haas Report;

Reserve Reports means the reserve information prepared by the Company's independent petroleum engineers estimating the proved reserves attributable to the Oil and Gas Properties as of December 31, 1998 and described in (i) the Appraisal Report as of December 31, 1998 on Certain Properties Owned by The Wiser Oil Company, prepared by XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx, and (ii) the Reserve Appraisal and Economic Evaluation for The Wiser Oil Company Canada Ltd. dated as of January 1, 1999, prepared by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Associates.

Examples of Reserve Reports in a sentence

• Based in part on the Reserve Reports made available to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 3.01, the Lenders shall redetermine the Borrowing Base on or prior to the next Redetermination Date (or such date promptly thereafter as reasonably possible based on the engineering and other information available to the Lenders).

• The Reserve Engineer was, as of the respective dates of the Reserve Reports prepared by it, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries.

• The Reserve Report as of December 31 of each year shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers or by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower and audited or reviewed by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers, and all other Reserve Reports shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower and otherwise in a manner consistent with the preceding December 31st Reserve Report.

Reserve Reports means the MLP’s estimate of its Proved Reserves as of December 31, 2010 or January 1, 2011, as applicable, as set forth in aggregate in the reserve engineer evaluation and audit letters included as Exhibits C, D and E to the prospectus included in the Registration Statement.

Collateral Analysis, dated April 9, 2004, prepared by prepared by Norwest Corporation; (iv) the Phase I Geological Study and Reserve Evaluation of the No. 6 Seam in Wabash and Xxxxxxx counties of the State of Illinois and Xxxxxx County in the State of Indiana, dated March 13, 2006, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Associates; (v) the Updated Evaluation and Audit of Alpha Natural Resources, LLC as of December 31, 2008, dated February 3, 2009, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc.; (vi) the Audit of Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. Coal Reserves as of June 30, 2009, dated July 31, 2009, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc.; and (vii) the Updated Evaluation and Audit of Alpha Natural Resources, LLC as of December 31, 2009, dated February 23, 2010, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc.

Reserve Reports means the following reports prepared by Norwest Corporation: (i) Reasonableness Review of RAG American Coal Holding, Inc., dated April 8, 2004; (ii) Reserve Audit of RAG American Coal Holding, Inc., dated April 8, 2004; and (iii) RAG American Coal Holding, Inc. Collateral Analysis, dated April 9, 2004; and the Phase I Geological Study and Reserve Evaluation of the No. 6 Seam in Wabash and Xxxxxxx counties of the State of Illinois and Xxxxxx County in the State of Indiana, dated March 13, 2006, prepared by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Associates.

Reserve Reports has the meaning given thereto in Section 7(q);

Reserve Reports means (i) that certain reserve report dated as of June 30, 1996 prepared by Torch and audited by Ryder Scott Company Petroleum Engineers (the "June 30 Report") axx (xx) xxxse reserve reports prepared by Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc., Ryder Scott Company Petroleum Engineexx, Xxuy Engineering Companx xxx X.X. Gruy & Associates, Inc. (collectively, the "Reserve Engineexx") xxxxd as of January 1, 1997 (the "January 1 Reports"), all as furnished by Torch to the Institutional Sellers or their representatives.
