Reserve Balance definition

Reserve Balance means the excess, if any, of total contributions paid by each employer over total benefit charges to that employer’s experience rating record.
Reserve Balance means, with respect to a Participant subject to the Incentive Reserve, a bookkeeping record of the net balance of the amounts credited to and debited against such Participant's Incentive Reserve following the end of each fiscal year. For a Participant's first year of participation in the Plan, such Participant's Reserve Balance shall initially be equal to zero.

Reserve Balance means, (a) on the Issue Date, the Initial Reserve Balance and (b) on any date thereafter, a percentage (which may be positive or negative) determined by the Calculation Agent on any day as being equal to (I) the Initial Reserve Balance plus (II) the sum of all Portfolio Change Request Trading Entries as at such day, minus (III) the Other Trading Balance Adjustments as at such day, minus (IV) the Cumulative Monetised Subordination as at such day and minus (V) the Accumulated Loss as at such day, PROVIDED THAT the Accumulated Loss shall only be subtracted from the Reserve Balance to the extent that, following adjustment to the Reserve Balance pursuant to items (II) and (IV) above on such day, the Reserve Balance is greater than or equal to zero (such percentage subtracted from the Reserve Balance being the “Loss Absorbed By Reserve Account”).
