A Program Member requesting Accommodations for a Family Member or Guest must provide Exchange Company with such Family Member’s or Guest’s name, e-mail address, address, and telephone number at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested Use Period, or, for Open Reservation Time usage, at the time of such confirmation if it occurs within thirty (30) days of arrival, so that Exchange Company can forward an appropriate confirmation notice to the Program Member, Family Member, or Guest, as applicable.
