Reseller Order definition

Reseller Order means, if applicable, an order form issued by a Reseller and executed by Customer and the Reseller specifying the Services Customer is ordering from the Reseller.

  • ServiceNow is not a party to the Ordering Document, but will provide the purchased services pursuant to a Reseller Order and these Terms of Service.

  • Reseller is not authorized to make any changes to this License or bind ServiceNow to any additional or different terms or conditions, except as ServiceNow may expressly agree in writing in a Reseller Order or any agreed SOW attached thereto.

  • Upon written request by Customer within 45 days after termination or expiration of the Subscription Service, ServiceNow will provide any Customer Data in the Subscription Service to Customer in ServiceNow’s standard database export format at no additional charge to the Reseller under the applicable Reseller Order.

  • The License Term for the Software shall begin on the term start date and continue until the term end date indicated in the Reseller Order.

  • The Subscription Term for the Subscription Service shall begin on the Term Start Date and continue until the Term End Date indicated in the Reseller Order.


More Definitions of Reseller Order

Reseller Order means an instrument whereby Reseller provides HOC with all of the necessary information including, without limitation, the identity of the End User, the End User’s business and email addresses, as well as requirements and purposes concerning Software and HOC’s involvement as expected by the End User. In the event of any conflict between the Reseller Order and this main body of this Agreement, the following order of precedence will govern: (i) the Reseller Order signed in handwriting by HOC’s representatives; overruling (ii) this main body of this Agreement; overruling
