Research Result definition

Research Result means any tangible or intangible result developed, acquired or reduced to practice in the course of the Research Project, including, without limitation, any invention, technical information, data, know-how and materials that relate to the purpose of the Research Project.
Research Result means any technical result which is obtained from the performance of the Sponsored Research and conforms with the objective and area of the research program specified in Exhibit A which is attached to and made part of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Program").
Research Result means information from sources (depending on the service package, e.g. articles, reports, blog posts, social media content, documents, presentations, graphics, overviews, TV and radio recordings) researched and compiled by UNICEPTA to provide the agreed services in accordance with the client's specifications, exclusively provided in digital form and made available in WES and, depending on the service package, texts/documents (e.g. summaries or translations of articles) produced by UNICEPTA or on its behalf.

  • Further, the University may clearly indicate that the Research Result is the result of the Entrusted Research after obtaining the prior written consent of the Partner.

  • Subject to the compliance with the confidentiality obligations under Articles 22, 26 and 27, the University may use the Research Result free of charge in its educational and research activities.

  • Furthermore, to receive the Doctoral Study Accreditation, they have to be enrolled for 3 years and to submit a 3-year overall Research Result Report.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the Research Completion Date, the University and the Partner shall make, in mutual cooperation, the achievement report with respect to any Research Result which has been obtained during the Research Period of the Collaborative Research.

Research Result means any technical result, such as Inventions (as defined below), Programs (as defined below), Know-how (as defined below), and Materials (as defined below), which is obtained from the Joint Research under this Agreement as specified above , and identified in the report set forth in Article 4.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
