Research Protocol definition

Research Protocol means the agreed plan for the collaborative research activities of the Parties under this Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as such plan may be modified or amended pursuant to Section 2.2.
Research Protocol means a written plan for conducting a bona fide research project relating to the health effects, medical uses, properties, or composition of medical cannabis that includes the following information:

  • In the event Bayer intends to undertake any Research with respect to the Compound or the Product outside of the Field, as set forth in Section 2.3, and such Research could have implications in the Field including, without limitation, an impact on Licensee’s regulatory filings within the Field, Bayer shall first submit the Proposed Research Protocol to Licensee.

  • Licensee shall have fifteen (15) Business Days from receipt of the Proposed Research Protocol to review and propose reasonable recommendations, changes or modifications to the Proposed Research Protocol.

  • Any item, information, document, product or equipment provided by the Company under this agreement may only be used for the purposes of the Research subject to this agreement and in accordance with the Research Protocol.

  • Upon extension of the Research Program Term, if applicable, Exhibit A setting forth the Research Protocol shall be amended in writing by mutual agreement of the Parties as appropriate to address the work to be conducted during such extension.

  • Likewise, “THE INVESTIGATOR” must comply with the following: "THE INVESTIGATOR" undertakes to ensure that "THE PARTICIPATING PERSON" at the time of recruitment is not participating in another Research Protocol, as it turns out that during the execution of "THE PROTOCOL" it is known that she/he participates in some other, "THE INVESTIGATOR” must inform "THE SPONSOR".


More Definitions of Research Protocol

Research Protocol means the written description of the scope of work to be performed in the performance of the Research Project and which is submitted to the IRB for review.

This work will include an initial, scaleable manufacturing process for rhGGF2. Except for the above description, if there is any material conflict between the terms of Appendix 3 (Research Protocol) and the terms of the rest of this Agreement, then the Parties agree that the rest of the Agreement, and not Appendix 3, shall control.
Research Protocol means all RESEARCH PROGRAMS proposed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for a COLLABORATION YEAR, together with such additional non-TARGET specific schedules of work as shall be proposed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the same COLLABORATION YEAR. Each such RESEARCH PROTOCOL shall be adopted and amended and updated on a rolling basis to reflect changes in research and work progress in accordance with the terms of Article 3.
