Research Proposal definition

Research Proposal means the Research Proposal submitted to and granted by NWO, included in Annex 3 to this Agreement.
Research Proposal means the research proposal as submitted by the Lead Researcher approved by the Independent Review Panel, including the plan for analyses of the anonymized, patient-level data from the Clinical Studies, or any other source, as described in detail in the research proposal, attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Research Proposal means any formal scientific investigation in basic biomedical or medical research areas undertaken by or on behalf of a health care facility, exempted pursuant to section 7.0 herein, that is not directly related to the offering of clinical health services or patient care activities.

  • Data User acknowledges and agrees that such Research Proposal and all application materials will be made publicly available by Yale.

  • Using the Data (see Section 2, Data) provided by Yale, Data User will conduct the analyses described in the attached Exhibit A, Research Proposal (the “Research”).

  • During this period, Data User may not use the Data to conduct additional or different research without submitting a new Research Proposal and obtaining approval from Yale.

  • In the event that the Project cannot be conducted in accordance with this Agreement, the Research Proposal and/or the NWO Grant Rules 2017, the Project Leader notifies NWO immediately.

  • If Data User does not conduct the Research Proposal as described, Data User will notify Yale and Yale may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 10.


More Definitions of Research Proposal

Research Proposal means the signed research agreement between NARI and a Beneficiary for the purposes of providing a Small Grant under Part 2.1 of the Project.
Research Proposal means the proposal developed by the Correlative Study Analysis Team which serves as the basis for internal review and tracking by the CIMAC-CIDC Network and NCI. Once approved by NCI, the Recipient CIMAC(s), and the CIDC, the Research Proposal becomes the Research Project.
