Research Programme definition

Research Programme means the programme of research work to be undertaken under this Agreement as is described further in Schedule 1.01.47;
Research Programme means the programme or research more particularly described in Schedule 3.
Research Programme means the programme of research defined in the Research Collaboration Agreement.

  • The Institution shall use the Materials only for the Research Programme and not for any commercial purpose or commercially-sponsored research even if those purposes are being pursued in the Recipient’s laboratory without the prior written consent of UCL.

  • In the event that the Recipient makes or observes any new discovery, improvement or invention (“Invention”) relating to the Materials or as a direct result of the Research Programme then the Institution will bring this to the attention of UCL.

  • In addition, the Institution will provide to UCL at yearly intervals reports detailing the results of the Research Programme and all and any information that the Institution holds concerning the Materials.

  • The Parties, having considerable experience in the field concerned, have submitted a proposal for the Project to the Programme Operator as part of the Research Programme of the EEA/Norway Grants Framework.

  • There may also be the opportunity to apply for a joint NERC/FAPESP grant under specific Research Programme or International calls.

Research Programme means study / research leading to Degree of Doctorate of Philosophy.
