Research Partner definition

Research Partner has the meaning given to this term on page 1 of the main body of this Agreement.

Research Partner means any person, company or organisation that We determine is Our research partner with respect to any particular Research Project;

Research Partner means, with respect to a Party, a Third Party partner of such Party engaged in a bona fide research arrangement with such Party relating to ***, Collaboration Target or other GPCRs, which is not granted a license to sell and market such ***. Research Partner includes, but is not limited to, a Third Party contract research organization or research institute.

More Definitions of Research Partner

Research Partner means a Person (whether it is in the public or private sector) that (a) is a university or other academic non-profit entity at which research is sponsored by Glaxo Wellcome *** Glaxo Wellcome *** of Products for the sole benefit of Glaxo Wellcome and (b) receives any (i) *** (ii) *** (iii) ***or (iv) *** under this Agreement; provided, however, no Research Partner shall be entitled to receive *** unless and until such Research Partner executes a Material Transfer Agreement and is subject to the obligations of confidentiality and restrictions on use contained in this Agreement. Upon reasonable request, Glaxo Wellcome will provide Deltagen with a written list of all past and current Research Partners receiving such information pursuant to this Agreement.

Research Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(w).

Research Partner. A research organisation that is a centre partner. The Research Coun- cil’s definition and delimitation of ‘research organisation’ will be applied. Norwegian research organisations must be approved by the Research Council.

Research Partner means a person or entity that is actively engaged with Tenant in collaborative research activities pursuant to a written agreement, which activities involve (i) shared sources of research funding for the same or related project, (ii) use of shared specialized equipment, specialized research techniques or core services, or (iii) joint development or testing of a product or technique or scientific advance.

Research Partner means the Person described on Schedule 1.1(d) or any of its Affiliates.
