Research Grant definition

Research Grant means (for purposes of this Section 7 of the Regulations of the Board) any consideration received by the University under an authorized sponsored research agreement that, along with any other provisions, grants another party any rights in any LSU Intellectual Property, where the University’s disposition of that consideration is restricted by that contract to use for conducting research.
Research Grant means all sums paid by GCT to the University toward the cost of the Project in accordance with clause 3 and the agreed budget set out in Schedule 3;
Research Grant means all sums paid by CIMA to the University toward the cost of the Project in accordance with clause 3 and the agreed budget set out in Schedule 3;

Research Grant means any grant, fellowship, scholarship, or other form of research funding provided by Lung Foundation Australia.
