Research Antigen definition

Research Antigen means any one of the Research Antigens.
Research Antigen means a protein, peptide, carbohydrate, chemical entity, compound or other composition, and/or any fragment, peptide or epitope thereof, used by Celldex, or by Medarex on behalf of Celldex, to immunize the Medarex Mice in connection with the Research Program and with respect to which Celldex obtains a Research License pursuant to Section 3.1 and which is thereafter listed in Exhibit A hereto, which Exhibit may be amended from time to time by the mutual agreement of the parties; provided, however, that the antigen, [*****] shall in no event be a Research Antigen.
Research Antigen means any Antigen that is designated a “Research Antigen” under this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.1.

Examples of Research Antigen in a sentence

  • Such dossier shall contain all information reasonably available to such party demonstrating whether such Research Antigen satisfies the criteria set forth in Exhibit B.

  • The parties shall thereupon amend Exhibit A to add such Research Antigen thereto.

  • For purposes of the Research Program, Celldex has the option, as to each Research Antigen, either to perform immunizations, derive hybridomas and characterize Antibodies with respect to such Research Antigen, or to request that Medarex perform the immunizations, derive hybridomas and perform characterizations of Antibodies with respect to such Research Antigen.

  • Unless agreed as provided herein, neither Party shall have any obligation to undertake any work or continue any work with respect to a Research Antigen accorded an IP Score of 4 or 5 and no Research Antigen accorded an IP Score of 4 or 5 shall be a Priority Research Antigen unless ABX agrees in writing.

Related to Research Antigen

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Antigen means a substance recognized by the body as being foreign; it results in the production of specific antibodies directed against it.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaborator An individual who is not under the direct supervision of the PI (e.g., not a member of the PI’s laboratory) who assists with the PI’s research project involving controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy. Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).

  • Product Candidate means each of MYO-101, MYO-102, MYO-103, MYO-201 and MYO-301, as defined on Exhibit B, in each case in any form or formulation.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;
