Resale Products means any and all Drug Product, Bulk Drug Substance and/or Programme Deliverable commercially exploited by Advaxis which is produced by any Third Party Product Manufacturer;
Resale Products means products that are sold with Brocade Products, are not manufactured by Brocade, and are not supported by Brocade as further described in Exhibit B.

Resale Products means products not manufactured by the Supplier or any of Supplier’s parent or subsidiary companies or for which the Supplier has no engineering and/or manufacturing responsibility.
