Requisite Stockholders definition

Requisite Stockholders means Stockholders who hold a majority of the Voting Stockholder Interests; provided, that so long as Gores or any of its Affiliates continues to own at least 50% of the number of Voting Stockholder Interests owned on the date of this Certificate of Incorporation, Requisite Stockholders shall mean Gores.
Requisite Stockholders means the persons or entities listed on Section 1.01(E) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

More Definitions of Requisite Stockholders

Requisite Stockholders means the holders of a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of Series B-2 Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock and Series E Preferred Stock, voting together as a single class on an as-if-converted to Common Stock basis.
