Requisite Noteholders definition

Requisite Noteholders. Holders of Notes evidencing not less than a majority of the Outstanding Amount of the Controlling Class.
Requisite Noteholders means the holders of a majority-in-interest of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
Requisite Noteholders means Purchaser Groups having Commitment Percentages aggregating more than 50%.
