Requisite Additional Investors means, at any relevant time, the Additional Investors holding at least a majority of the commitments to purchase Convertible Series A Preferred Stock (as defined below) held by such Additional Investors, (2) the termRequisite Consenting Noteholders” means, at any relevant time, the Consenting Noteholders holding at least 67% in principal amount of the Senior Notes Claims held by such Consenting Noteholders, excluding Senior Note Claims held by the Plan Sponsors or the Additional Investors; (3) the term “Requisite Consenting Lenders” means, at any relevant time, the Consenting Lenders holding at least a majority in principal amount of the Secured Credit Facility Claims held by such Consenting Lenders; and (4) the term “Requisite Consenting Equityholders” means, at any relevant time, the Consenting Equityholders holding at least a majority of the common stock in Xxxxxxx held by such Consenting Equityholders (each of the foregoing described in clauses (1) through (4), together with Honeywell, Oaktree, and Centerbridge, collectively, the “Requisite Commitment Parties”).
