Examples of Requirements of Law in a sentence
For seven (7) years after the Expiry Date or any date of termination of the Contract, the Supplier shall maintain all necessary records to substantiate (a) all charges and payments under the Contract and (b) that the Services were provided in accordance with the Contract and with Requirements of Law.
During the Term, the Supplier shall advise the Town promptly of: (a) any contradictions, discrepancies or errors found or noted in the Contract; (b) supplementary details, instructions or directions that do not correspond with those contained in the Contract; and (c) any omissions or other faults that become evident and should be corrected in order to provide the Services in accordance with the Contract and Requirements of Law.
Bind the Parties The parties represent that their respective representatives have the authority to legally bind them to the extent permissible by the Requirements of Law.
