Required Works definition

Required Works means the Trail Improvement Works, Trail Parking Area Works and the Pedestrian Crossing Works;
Required Works means the North Driveway Sign Works , the South Driveway Sign Works, and the Shared Entrances Works;
Required Works has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

Required Works means works executed by the Lessee in pursuance of an obligation imposed on the Lessee (i) by the within lease or by any lease of which the within is renewal OR (ii) by an agreement for the granting of the within lease or of any lease of which the within is a renewal or by virtue of any licence or deed of variation relating to the demised premises.
Required Works has the meaning given in paragraph 6(B) of Part A of the Schedule;

Related to Required Works

  • covered work means either the unmodified Program or a work based on the Program.
