Required Work definition

Required Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.4 hereof.
Required Work means work which is necessary in order to provide a covered service sought in a connection application.
Required Work shall have the meaning in Section 6.9; “Rent” means Basic Rent and Additional Rent;

Examples of Required Work in a sentence

  • If any Additional Required Work must be performed outside the Premises, Landlord may elect to perform that work at Tenant's expense.

  • Absent elimination of such Additional Required Work or a mutually acceptable allocation of such changes as between Landlord and Tenant, the cost of such changes shall be borne by Tenant.

  • In the event any Alterations which Tenant proposes to make to the Premises require or give rise to governmentally-required changes (“Additional Required Work”) to the Base Building, Landlord and Tenant shall work together to eliminate, if possible, or otherwise minimize the Additional Required Work.

  • Lessee shall expend the following amounts (the “Required Work Expenditures”) on work on the property annually: 2011-2012 - $100,000 physical work which would be cumulative 2013 and thereafter - $200,000 which includes $150,000 physical work All Required Work Expenditures are to be spent annually and must always include all fees and claim maintenance costs at a minimum.

  • Landlord agrees to use reasonable efforts to complete Landlord's Required Work (described in Exhibit B) on or before the Approximate Delivery Date, which shall, however, be extended for a period equal to that of any delays due to governmental regulations, scarcity of or inability to obtain labor or materials, labor difficulties, casualty or other causes reasonably beyond Landlord's control.


More Definitions of Required Work

Required Work means, for any Future Property that is an Unencumbered Property, the work agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, if any, as the Required Work for such Future Property.
