Required Stockholder Vote definition

Required Stockholder Vote has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Required Stockholder Vote means the affirmative vote (or written consent) of the holders of a majority of the voting power of the outstanding shares of Existing PubCo Common Stock entitled to vote on the Reorganization.

More Definitions of Required Stockholder Vote

Required Stockholder Vote has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).
Required Stockholder Vote means the affirmative vote to adopt this Agreement by the holders of a majority of the shares of Company Common Stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Stockholders’ Meeting.
