  • Any such Sale Proposal, and the terms of any Required Sale, may be amended from time to time, and any such Required Sale Notice may be rescinded, by the Principal Sellers; provided that the Principal Sellers will give prompt written notice of any such amendment, modification or rescission to all of the Members.
