Required Records definition

Required Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(j)(x) hereof.
Required Records is defined in Section 8.1(a).
Required Records means records relating to the services performed by BNYM for the Funds pursuant to the Agreement required to be retained under the 1940 Act which BNYM has agreed to keep in accordance with Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act and the rules thereunder.

Examples of Required Records in a sentence

  • The records referred to in Clause 21.1 (Required Records) will be kept in good order and in such form as to be capable of audit (including by electronic means) by the Authority.

  • The Manager shall maintain the Required Records of the DAO on the Open Blockchain or some other location as approved by Act of Members.

Required Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2 hereof.
Required Records are the financial records and other records (including this Agreement) required to be kept at the principal executive office of the Company under Section 322B.373 of the LLC Act.
