Required Policies definition

Required Policies has the meaning given in clause 20.1(a), and Required Policy means any of them.

More Definitions of Required Policies

Required Policies is defined in Paragraph 6.p.i.(g) hereof.
Required Policies. All Required Policies shall be in a form and with a company acceptable to Landlord and shall be endorsed so as to be non-cancellable with respect to Landlord and not subject to material change except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord given in the manner set forth in Article XXIII, below. Tenant agrees to initially deliver to Landlord a duplicate original or certificate of each Required Policy upon tender of possession of the Leased Premises to Tenant and at all times during the lease term, to maintain a duplicate original or a certificate of all Required Policies on deposit with Landlord.
Required Policies means the insurance policies described on Schedule 2 attached hereto.
Required Policies means as defined in Section 3.22.
Required Policies means the documents referenced in this Agreement which you agree to adhere to, including the Acceptable Use Policy, ONE Mail Direct User Guide and ONE Mail Direct for Mobile Devices Guide. Required Policies include any Additional Documents posted by eHealth Ontario in accordance with section 10.1 of this Agreement.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • Required Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or necessary in the manufacturing, importing, exporting, possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any Drug Application (including without limitation, at any point in time, all licenses, approvals and permits issued by the FDA or any other applicable Governmental Authority necessary for the testing, manufacture, marketing or sale of any Product by any applicable Borrower(s) as such activities are being conducted by such Borrower with respect to such Product at such time), and (b) issued by any Person from which Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries have received an accreditation.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Covered policy means a policy of commercial risk insurance, professional liability insurance or public entity insurance.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Reinsured Policies has the meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Agreement.

  • Required Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any insurance policy that is required to be maintained from time to time under this Agreement.

  • Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines and occupational health and safety standards of the World Bank Group as in effect on [Bid Date].

  • Exchange Policies means the policies, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Exchange governing the granting of options by the Company, as amended from time to time;

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.
