Required Minimum Balance definition

Required Minimum Balance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.15(b).
Required Minimum Balance means, for each Interest Rate Swap Agreement and for the related Swap Cash Collateral Account, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to the sum of the Exposure plus the Aggregate Independent Amount; provided that if the Required Minimum Balance is a negative number, it shall be deemed to be zero.
Required Minimum Balance means the minimum account balance as determined by the Trustee from time to time and set out in the PDS.

  • Required Minimum means, as of any date, the maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock then issued or potentially issuable in the future pursuant to the Transaction Documents, including any Underlying Shares issuable upon conversion in full of all Notes (including Underlying Shares issuable as payment of interest on the Notes), ignoring any conversion or exercise limits set forth therein.

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.
