Required Governmental Approval definition

Required Governmental Approval means the Governmental Approvals set forth on Schedule 12.1(b). “Resolution Period” is defined in Section 2.7(b).

More Definitions of Required Governmental Approval

Required Governmental Approval has the meaning set forth in paragraph (e) of Clause Second of this Agreement.
