The Company will file with the SEC all information, documents and reports to be filed with the SEC pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, whether or not the Company is subject to such filing requirements, so long as the SEC will accept such filings on or prior to the respective dates (the "Required Filing Dates") by which the Company would have been or is required to so file such documents.
