Required Delivery Date definition

Required Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(c).
Required Delivery Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.1(iv) hereto.
Required Delivery Date means any date on which the Company or its transfer agent is required to deliver Common Shares to Investor hereunder.

More Definitions of Required Delivery Date

Required Delivery Date shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.01(c).
Required Delivery Date means the date not later than the date on which the Compliance Certificate is required to be delivered with respect to any fiscal quarter (or fiscal year in the case of the fourth fiscal quarter) during which any of the conditions in Section 8.14. shall apply (or such later date as the Administrative Agent may agree).
