Required Delay Period definition

Required Delay Period shall have the meaning in set forth in Section 14.

Examples of Required Delay Period in a sentence

  • Any payment or distribution so delayed shall be accumulated through and paid within ten (10) days after the end of the Required Delay Period, and the normal payment or distribution schedule for any remaining payments or distributions will resume at the end of the Required Delay Period.

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Effectiveness Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • Grace Period means the specified period of time immediately following the premium due date during which a payment can be made to renew or continue a policy in force without loss of continuity benefits such as waiting periods and coverage of preexisting diseases. Coverage is not available for the period for which no premium is received.

  • Initial Effectiveness Deadline means the date which is (i) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is not subject to a full review by the SEC, sixty (60) calendar days after the Closing Date or (ii) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is subject to a full review by the SEC, ninety (90) calendar days after the Closing Date.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Blackout Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(n).

  • Black-Out Period means any “black-out” or similar period under the Corporation’s policies covering trading in the Corporation’s securities to which the applicable Redeeming Member is subject (or will be subject at such time as it owns Class A Common Stock), which period restricts the ability of such Redeeming Member to immediately resell shares of Class A Common Stock to be delivered to such Redeeming Member in connection with a Share Settlement.

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.06.

  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.

  • Allowed Delay has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)(ii).

  • Additional Effectiveness Deadline means the date which is the earlier of (x) (i) in the event that the Additional Registration Statement is not subject to a full review by the SEC, thirty (30) calendar days after the earlier of the Additional Filing Date and the Additional Filing Deadline or (ii) in the event that the Additional Registration Statement is subject to a full review by the SEC, fifty (50) calendar days after the earlier of the Additional Filing Date and the Additional Filing Deadline and (y) the fifth (5th) Business Day after the date the Company is notified (orally or in writing, whichever is earlier) by the SEC that such Additional Registration Statement will not be reviewed or will not be subject to further review; provided, however, that if the Additional Effectiveness Deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or other day that the SEC is closed for business, the Additional Effectiveness Deadline shall be extended to the next Business Day on which the SEC is open for business.

  • Effectiveness Deadline As defined in Section 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.

  • Required Date means the date given a Registered Entity in a notice from the Compliance Enforcement Authority by which some action by the Registered Entity is required.

  • Notification Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.10(b) or 3.10(c) of the Gold Bullion Terms, as the case may be.

  • Applicable Period See Section 2(b) hereof.

  • Put Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.

  • Required Period means (a) 15 business days in the case of construction drawings, and (b) 10 business days in the case of any other plans and specifications (including a space plan). Any such notice of disapproval shall describe with reasonable specificity the basis for Landlord’s disapproval and the changes that would be necessary to resolve Landlord’s objections.

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).

  • Shelf Effectiveness Deadline As defined in Section 4(a) hereof.
