Required Collateral Value definition

Required Collateral Value shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4;
Required Collateral Value means the sum of the amounts calculated in respect of each Series of Secured Notes on the Multiple Series Collateral Pool as follows: the product of (i) the Secured Note Market Value of the relevant Series of Secured Notes, (ii) the Collateralisation Percentage (as defined below) and (iii) the number of outstanding Notes in such Series of Secured Notes held by Noteholders other than Société Générale.

  • CITY agrees that approval of the withdrawal notice will not be unreasonably withheld if the Collateral exceeds the Required Collateral Value.

Required Collateral Value means in respect of an Equity Contract Counterparty and Contract
Required Collateral Value means the aggregate of:
Required Collateral Value has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.02 of this Mortgage Agreement; and
Required Collateral Value means, with respect to the issuance of each Letter of Credit, an amount equal to 100% of the face amount of such Letter of Credit, and with respect to all Letters of Credit, including Existing Letters of Credit, an amount equal to 100% of the aggregate face amount thereof.
