Required Collateral Value definition

Required Collateral Value shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4;

Required Collateral Value means the sum of the amounts calculated in respect of each Series of Secured Notes on the Multiple Series Collateral Pool as follows: the product of (i) the Secured Note Market Value of the relevant Series of Secured Notes, (ii) the Collateralisation Percentage (as defined below) and (iii) the number of outstanding Notes in such Series of Secured Notes held by Noteholders other than Société Générale.

Examples of Required Collateral Value in a sentence

• CITY agrees that approval of the withdrawal notice will not be unreasonably withheld if the Collateral exceeds the Required Collateral Value.

• Chapter IX, Number 2.3.2, of the Clearing Conditions provides, with respect to each Particular Securities Lending Transaction, that Eurex Clearing AG shall ensure that the value of all Non-Cash Principal Collateral will at all times be at least equal to the Required Collateral Value (as defined in Chapter IX, Number 2.3.2, Paragraph (1) of the Clearing Conditions).

• If the aggregate market value of Collateral held by CUSTODIAN at any time exceeds the Required Collateral Value, BANK may withdraw any excess Collateral by providing CUSTODIAN with a withdrawal notice signed by an authorized representative of both the BANK and CITY.

Required Collateral Value means in respect of an Equity Contract Counterparty and Contract

Required Collateral Value means the aggregate of:

Required Collateral Value has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.02 of this Mortgage Agreement; and

Required Collateral Value means, with respect to the issuance of each Letter of Credit, an amount equal to 100% of the face amount of such Letter of Credit, and with respect to all Letters of Credit, including Existing Letters of Credit, an amount equal to 100% of the aggregate face amount thereof. In the event that any portion of the Collateral is invested in commercial paper, then the Required Collateral Value shall increase by 20% of the amount so invested.

Required Collateral Value shall have the meaning given in Clause 6; "Required Notice" shall have the meaning given in Clause 8(B);

Required Collateral Value means the amount of Eligible Collateral that is required to be posted at or to SECDEX by a Member in respect of an Account as further described at Rule 10;

Required Collateral Value means, as of any date of determination, the amount of the outstanding principal balance under the Settlement Note, including any PIK Interest Accrual Amount as defined in the Settlement Note.
