Requesting Operator definition

Requesting Operator means the Party which requests the Providing Operator to provision leased transmission capacity over Blockwiring in accordance with this Agreement. (“ ”)

  • Requesting Party means the Party to this Agreement submitting a request for or having received information from the requested Party;
