Requested Service Assessment definition

Requested Service Assessment means, with respect to a request to a Transmission Owner or Operator Planning Party for study related to a transmission service or interconnection, an assessment of the effect of such request on such Transmission Owner or Operator Planning Party’s Transmission System and on other transmission systems.
