Request Letter definition

Request Letter with respect to any Fund, shall mean the letter from such Fund to the Adviser and the Auction Agent for such Fund pursuant to which such Fund appoints BD as a Broker-Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred of such Fund.

Request Letter means a letter signed by the CEO or chair of the governing body or committee that states in sufficient detail the public purpose for the proposed balloon indebtedness, the justification for a balloon indebtedness structure, and why the issuance of such debt is in the public’s interest.
