Request for Services definition

Request for Services or “RFS” means the document used by the City’s Project Manager to obtain services under this Agreement. The RFS must include a description of required services and schedule. It is to be emailed/faxed to the Consultant who in turn will provide a detailed costing for the service. The RFS must be reviewed and approved by the City’s Project Manager before the work is to proceed. A detailed process and sample of the RFS is attached as Schedules 2 and 3, respectively.

Request for Services. : shall mean the draft contract signed by the Client and containing the request for the supply of one or more Services;

Request for Services means a request by a Parent in the form set out in Request for School Bus Services;

Examples of Request for Services in a sentence

• The Price payable for the provision of the Services shall be as stated in Pricing Document, and/or the Purchase Order or Request for Services.

• The Company shall not be under any obligation to issue any Purchase Order or Request for Services to the Contractor and reserves the right to procure the provision of services of the same or a similar type to the Services from any other contractor at its sole discretion.

• The Company shall be entitled to off-set against any invoice, any monies due to the Contractor under the Purchase Order or Request for Services or under any other contractual arrangement.

• The Contractor’s official invoice should be sent promptly to the Company after the provision of the Services to the address indicated in the Purchase Order or Request for Services, unless otherwise instructed and must show: the Company’s Purchase Order number (if applicable); The Contractor’s invoice number; a full description of the Services provided; the full details of the Price; current VAT requirements; the Request for Services originator (if applicable).

• This Agreement provides as follows: The following documents only, together with any annexes, schedules or appendices thereto, if any, shall together constitute the “Contract” as created under a Purchase Order or Request for Services between the Company and the Contractor: this Form of Agreement; the Purchase Order or Request for Services issued by the Company to the Contractor; the Contract Particulars; the Conditions of Contract; the Specification; the Pricing Document.

More Definitions of Request for Services

Request for Services means an order for the Services (other than a Purchase Order) in the form of a request issued by the Company to the Contractor;
