Request for Proposals definition

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

More Definitions of Request for Proposals

Request for Proposals means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, utilized for soliciting proposals.

Price may be evaluation criterion for an RFP, but will not necessarily be the predominant basis for contract award.
