Request for Funding definition

Request for Funding means: (a) a statement, in the form found on the Website, addressed to the IESO from the Recipient that specifies a Disbursement amount and confirms, in a manner satisfactory to the IESO, the Project Expenses paid by the Recipient in respect of the Work; and (b) the supporting documents as required for each Disbursement, including: (i) a Project Expense Report; (ii) a statement containing all of the representations and warranties outlined in Section 2.1(b); (iii) Invoice(s) for any and all consideration paid, in a form permitted by the Funding Agreement, for External Resources, and corresponding Proof of Payment with respect to the same; and (iv) copies of Timesheets for services completed by Internal Resources and corresponding Proof of Payment with respect to the same.

Examples of Request for Funding in a sentence

  • Grantee shall notify the Triumph Program Administrator via email each time a Request for Funding is submitted.

  • If Triumph disapproves a Request for Funding, Triumph shall deliver a notice of disapproval within such forty-five (45) day period that states the reasons for such disapproval.

  • If Triumph approves a Request for Funding, then it shall fund the approved amount to Grantee within thirty (30) days after approval.

  • If Triumph fails to notify Grantee of its disapproval of the Request for Funding within forty-five (45) days of receipt, such Request for Funding shall be deemed disapproved.

  • Upon Triumph’s receipt of (a) notification to the Program Administrator, and (b) a Request for Funding that includes all required supporting documents, Triumph shall have forty-five (45) days from receipt to review and either approve or disapprove of a Request for Funding.

  • After the first Request for Funding, each subsequent Request for Funding may only be submitted after Triumph’s approval of the immediately preceding Request for Funding.

  • Grantee shall submit to Triumph a separate Request for Funding for each Budget category on the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein (a “Request for Funding”) in accordance with the Budget and shall submit information pursuant to a SmartSheet system by Xxxxxxx’s authorized users listed in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Not more than once per calendar month, Grantee shall submit to Triumph a separate Request for Funding for each Budget category on the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein (a “Request for Funding”) in accordance with the Budget and shall submit information pursuant to a SmartSheet system by Grantee’s authorized users listed in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Other than the final Request for Funding, no single Request for Funding shall be submitted for a funding request amount of less than $100,000.

  • Grantee shall submit to Triumph a separate Request for Funding for each Budget category on the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein (a “Request for Funding”) in accordance with the Budget and shall submit information pursuant to a SmartSheet system by Grantee’s authorized users listed in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Related to Request for Funding

  • Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit E, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

  • Request for Purchase shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(3).

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Request For Qualifications (RFQ means the written solicitation, including all Addenda thereto, issued by the Department seeking SOQs in order to identify and Short-List the Proposers to receive the RFP for the Project.

  • Request for Tender means the Request for Tender given to prospective tenderers inviting offers to tender for the supply of the Services of which these General Conditions of Contract form part.

  • Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Committed Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.

  • Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
