Request for Change Order definition

Request for Change Order means a written notice issued by DB Contractor to TxDOT under Section 4.5.4, advising TxDOT that DB Contractor seeks a Change Order.
Request for Change Order means a document designated as a Request for Change Order to an existing Work Order, prepared by the Contractor, requesting an adjustment to a Work Order Scope, Work Order Time, and/or Work Order Price.

Examples of Request for Change Order in a sentence

  • DB Contractor shall initiate the Change Order process by delivery of a PCO Notice as described in Section 4.5.5.2, followed by submittal of a Request for Change Order and supporting documentation to TxDOT.

  • DB Contractor shall deliver a Request for Change Order under this Section 4.5.6.1 to TxDOT within 30 days after delivery of the PCO Notice or within 10 Business Days after receipt of TxDOT’s determination to require a Request for Change Order in accordance with Section 4.5.4.1.3, whichever is applicable.

  • After delivery of a PCO Notice, DB Contractor must submit a Request for Change Order in accordance with Section 4.5.6 as a condition precedent to receipt of a Change Order.

  • If DB Contractor fails to deliver a complete Request for Change Order meeting all of the requirements of Section 4.5.6.2 within the appropriate time period, DB Contractor shall be required to provide a new PCO Notice before it may submit a Request for Change Order.

  • TxDOT’s failure to respond to a complete Request for Change Order within 15 Business Days of delivery of the request shall not be deemed an acceptance of the Request for Change Order, and DB Contractor shall have the burden of following up with TxDOT on the status of any Request for Change Order submitted.

  • Any Request for Change Order involving Subcontractor-performed Maintenance Services that is not accompanied by such analysis and certification shall be considered incomplete.

  • The first Request for Change Order shall be labeled “Request for Change Order No. 1” and subsequent RCOs shall be numbered sequentially.

Request for Change Order means a written request from the Design-Builder to increase the Contract Price or Completion Deadline.

Related to Request for Change Order

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.
