Repurchased Shares definition

Repurchased Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.

Repurchased Shares means shares of VWE capital stock that will be repurchased for cancellation from TGAM immediately prior to the consummation of the transactions, as described in the transaction agreement;

• Except as otherwise provided in this Note, such Payee shall not be a shareholder of the Trust and shall have no other rights in respect of the Repurchased Shares (including, without limitation, any voting rights) under the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust.
