Repurchase Program definition

Repurchase Program means a program pursuant to which a Manufacturer has agreed to repurchase Vehicles manufactured by such Manufacturer or one of its Affiliates during the specified Repurchase Period.
Repurchase Program means a program pursuant to which a Manufacturer or one or more of its Affiliates has agreed to repurchase Vehicles manufactured by such Manufacturer or one or more of its Affiliates during the specified Repurchase Period.

More Definitions of Repurchase Program
