Repurchase Plan definition

Repurchase Plan means the program or programs established from time to time by the Board of Directors pursuant to which the Corporation voluntarily repurchases Shares from the holders thereof.
Repurchase Plan means the Share Repurchase Plan, attached hereto as Schedule A, as amended, modified, revised or restated from time to time.
Repurchase Plan shall have the meaning as provided in Section 5.9 herein.

  • A Shareholder only shall cease to be a Shareholder by having such Shareholder’s Shares repurchased pursuant to the Repurchase Plan or by assigning all of such Shareholder’s Shares in accordance with this Article X and otherwise may not resign as a Shareholder.

  • The Board of Directors may without the consent of any Person, amend, modify, revise or restate the Repurchase Plan from time to time and any such amendment, modification, revision or restatement of the Repurchase Plan shall not constitute an amendment to this Agreement.

  • HACCP plan means a written document that delineates the formal procedures for following the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point principles developed by The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.

  • ESOP means a Plan that is intended to satisfy the requirements of Section 4975(e)(7) of the IRC.
