representative of a Party means an employee or any person appointed by a government department or agency or any other public entity of a Party who represents the Party for the purposes of a dispute under this Agreement.
Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Representative of the news media means any person actively gathering news for an entity that is organized and operated to publish or broadcast news to the general public.
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
Representative means, with respect to any Person, any and all directors, officers, employees, consultants, financial advisors, counsel, accountants and other agents of such Person.
The Engineer means the Engineer appointed by the Purchaser for the purpose of this contract.
representative office means any of- fice of a foreign bank which is located in any state and is not a Federal branch, Federal agency, State branch, State agency, or commercial lending company subsidiary.
Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT
Chief Engineer means the Officer in charge of the Engineering Department of Railway and shall also include the Chief Engineer (Construction), Chief Electrical Engineer, Chief Electrical Engineer (Construction), Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer, Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors of the Successor Railway.
Disclosure Representative means the Finance Director, or his or her designee, or such other person as the Issuer shall designate in writing to the Disclosure Dissemination Agent from time to time as the person responsible for providing Information to the Disclosure Dissemination Agent.
Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives means the representatives authorized by PURCHASER to receive any notice or instructions from STATE on behalf of PURCHASER and to take any action required in regard to performance of PURCHASER under the contract. PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives are identified in the Operations Plan. Contract means the entire written agreement between the parties, including but not limited to the Notice of Timber Sale, Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal, Instructions to Bidders, specifications, terms, and conditions, Exhibits, Operations Plan, change notices, if any, the accepted bid, and the purchase order or price agreement document.
Workplace Representative means a person:
Factory representative means an agent or employee of a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch retained or employed for the purpose of making or promoting the sale of new motor vehicles or for supervising or contracting with new motor vehicle dealers or proposed motor vehicle dealers.
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Licensee representative means an owner, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, or other representative of a licensee, to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity.
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Site Engineer means an Engineer appointed by the SBIIMS at site as their representative for day-to-day supervision of work and to give instructions to the contractors.
