Representative Member definition

Representative Member has the meaning given to that term by the GST Law.

Representative Member means a person specified and nominated under clause 5.1.

Representative Member means an individual nominated to act on behalf of a Member Organisation pursuant to Article 3(1).

Examples of Representative Member in a sentence

• If a person is a member of a GST Group, references to GST for which the person is liable, and to Input Tax Credits to which the person is entitled, include GST for which the Representative Member of the GST Group is liable and Input Tax Credits to which the Representative Member is entitled.
