Repository Services definition

Repository Services means acceptance, storage, reporting and related services provided by CME for Derivative Data.

  • This User Agreement as such may be amended from time to time pursuant hereto, shall constitute the entire agreement between CME and Company respecting any access to CME Repository Services, and shall supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, representations or promises, whether oral or written, as to its subject matter.

  • Company agrees that it has been given a limited license to use the Site, the System and Repository Services and Company will have no other rights with respect to the same or with respect to the Information.
