Reporting Rights definition

Reporting Rights means the right to report ownership of the Environmental Attributes or the Environmental Financial Incentives associated with the Energy to any federal, state, or local agency, authority or other party, including without limitation under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign emissions trading program.
Reporting Rights means the right of System Owner to report to any federal, state, or local agency, authority or other party, including without limitation under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign emissions trading program, that System Owner owns the Green Attributes and the Environmental Financial Incentives associated with the Output.
Reporting Rights means the right of Power Provider to report to any federal, state, or local agency, authority or other party, including without limitation under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign emissions trading program, that Power Provider owns the Environmental Attributes and the Environmental Incentives associated with the Energy Output.

Reporting Rights means the present or future right of Realgy to report to any federal, State of Illinois, or local agency, authority, or other party, including without limitation under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and certain provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign emissions trading program, that Realgy owns the Environmental Attributes and/or the Environmental Incentives associated with the energy generated by the PV Plant.
