Reporting Provinces definition

Reporting Provinces means the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta, collectively;
Reporting Provinces means, collectively, the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Pxxxxx Xxxxxx Island and Newfoundland and Labrador;
Reporting Provinces means, collectively, all the provinces of Canada; “Rule 144A” means Rule 144A as promulgated under the U.S. Securities Act; “SEC” means the United States Securities and Exchange Commission;

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Bear Creek has at all times complied, in all material respects, with its obligations to make timely disclosure of all material changes relating to it and, except with respect to this Agreement and the Transactions, there is no material change relating to Bear Creek which has occurred and with respect to which the requisite news release has not been disseminated or material change report has not been filed with the securities regulatory authorities in the Reporting Provinces.
