Reporting Obligations definition

Reporting Obligations shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.04.
Reporting Obligations means the obligations of the Company to report the arrival, carriage and movement of goods pursuant to the Customs Act or any Customs Related Law or as required by any Government Authorities;
Reporting Obligations has the meaning given in the applicable Term Sheet.

Examples of Reporting Obligations in a sentence

  • On the 361st day after such Event of Default (if the Event of Default relating to the Company’s failure to comply with the Reporting Obligations is not cured or waived prior to such 361st day), the Notes shall be immediately subject to acceleration as provided in Section 6.02.

  • The provisions of this paragraph will not affect the rights of Holders in the event of the occurrence of any Event of Default other than the Company’s failure to comply with its Reporting Obligations.

  • If the Company so elects to pay Additional Interest relating to the Company’s failure to comply with the Reporting Obligations, any such Additional Interest will be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date following accrual in the same manner as regular interest on the Notes.

  • In the event the Company does not elect to pay Additional Interest following an Event of Default relating to the Reporting Obligations in accordance with this Section 6.03 or the Company elected to make such payment but does not pay the Additional Interest when due, the Notes shall be immediately subject to acceleration as provided in Section 6.02.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any failure to pay any accrued and unpaid Additional Interest in respect of an Event of Default relating to Reporting Obligations on an Interest Payment Date when required following an election by the Company pursuant to this Section 6.03 will be subject to Section 6.01(g) (and, for the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding anything else in this Indenture or in the Notes to the contrary, shall not constitute a failure to pay interest subject to Section 6.01(a)).


More Definitions of Reporting Obligations

Reporting Obligations means the reporting obligations of the Seller and the Contractors in terms of this Schedule 7 (Economic Development Obligations), specifically as stated in paragraph 7 of this Schedule 7 (Economic Development Obligations);
