Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Reporting Period With respect to each Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches as set forth in this Agreement:
Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.
Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.
Monthly Reporting Period The period, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement, during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of:
Quarterly reporting period means the three-month period covered by each
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.

Financial reporting year means the latest consecutive twelve-month period for which any of the following reports used to support a financial test is prepared:
Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. Reporting Requirement By January 31, 2017, the District will provide for OCR’s review and approval the Web Accessibility Policy drafted consistent with Item 1.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Quarterly Dates means the last Business Day of March, June, September and December in each year, the first of which shall be the first such day after the date hereof.
Reporting Year means a twelve-month compliance reporting period required under the Applicable Program.
Reporting Service means Bloomberg LP or if that service is not then reporting the relevant information regarding the Common Stock, a comparable reporting service of national reputation selected by a Majority in Interest of the Holders and reasonably acceptable to the Company.
Averaging Dates means, in respect of each Valuation Date, each of the dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 6(l) as set out below.
Quarterly means the 4 inclusive periods from 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September, 1 October to 31 December and in the following year, 1 January to 31 March;
Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.
Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.
Financial Quarter means the period commencing on the day after one Quarter Date and ending on the next Quarter Date.
Settlement Dates As determined pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Equity Definitions, subject to Section 9(k)(i) hereof.
Financial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts.
Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.
