Reported Incident definition

Reported Incident means a subject matter including against any person or in relation to whom a Protected Disclosure has been made or evidence gathered during the course of an investigation.
Reported Incident means an incident reported to the Organization’s Complaint Triage Officer in accordance with the Organization’s Discipline and Complaint Policy and Procedure;
Reported Incident means an incident reported with the CAS ICA or the PTSO’s Complaint triage officer in accordance with their applicable Discipline and Complaint Policy and Procedure.
